HOW TO TRACK BOOK CLUB ORDERS
Once orders are dispatched from our warehouse, the Book Club Organiser will receive an Order Confirmation email from our delivery partner with consignment numbers. The delivery partner will then send regular email and text updates on the estimated delivery time and date. To ensure you receive Order Dispatch email notifications, turn the settings ON the Book Club Platform under PROFILE. You will be notified of:
It's important to note that Scholastic does NOT receive a copy of your tracking number from TGE, so once the order has left our warehouse, we cannot give any further updates on delivery.
