HOW TO CLOSE BOOK CLUB ORDERS 

When you log into your account and select ORDER, a screen showing the currently open Issues will pop up. There will be a KEY DATE—we recommend that you submit all your orders on or before that date so that Issues don't overlap, as the second Issue of each term has a tight deadline for delivering books by the end of the term. However, it is completely up to the school to determine open and closing dates that work for them.

When you log into the Book Club platform, you will know if there are any pending LOOP orders by the pending task icon in the top right-hand corner or the blue PENDING ORDERS section below the NEW ORDER box.

If you expect to also key in paper orders before clicking PROCESS ONLINE, please place the rest of your school order first and submit all orders simultaneously. Here is how to submit online orders:

  1. To view parents' orders via LOOP, go to ORDER in the top menu and select the LOOP Orders tab.
  2. Once the agreed-upon deadline for your school is reached, follow the prompt for ‘process orders online,’ then ‘close LOOP.’

 

You will receive an email before the Issue closes advising of any PENDING LOOP orders. We may auto-submit outstanding PENDING LOOP orders to ensure kids receive their books before the end of the term.

If you close LOOP for school delivery, parents will have the option of home delivery for a fee.

Once orders are dispatched from our warehouse, the Book Club Organiser will receive an email from our delivery partner with consignment numbers. The delivery partner will then send regular email and text updates on the estimated delivery time and date.
