Zanni Louise
Zanni Louise has been writing stories since she was little, growing up in country NSW. Six-year-old Zanni used to get in trouble for staring at people and making up stories about having a donkey. Grown-up Zanni has turned her love for people and fairytales into a writing career. Author of over twenty kids’ books, including bestselling picture book series like HumanKind and Errol, Zanni writes and draws every day and hopes she will keep going until she’s too old to hold a pen! Zanni teaches at the Australian Writers Centre, offers private mentoring, and travels to schools and festivals across Australia, helping creatives achieve their writing dreams. She is proud to be an author ambassador for Room To Read, an organisation helping to educate children.
Kyla May
Kyla May is an Australian illustrator, writer, and designer. She is the creator and illustrator of the Paris Takes Over The World, The Underdogs, Diary of a Pug and Lotus Lane book series. Kyla is the illustrator of Santa’s Crazy Christmas, The Sloth Life, and Juliet Nearly a Vet series. As well as books, Kyla has used her imagination to create six animated TV series, including Kuu Kuu Harajuku, co-created by Gwen Stefani, and SheZow. In between children’s books and cartoons, Kyla has created several toy ranges and gifts for children. Kyla’s creative career began as an advertising art director and licensed brand creator. Kyla lives by the beach in Victoria, Australia, with her three daughters, three dogs and two cats.
