Phil Cummings is the author of over seventy books for children, from picture books to novels, in a career that has spanned thirty years. His work is published in the US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, the UK and throughout Europe.
Phil’s work has been recognised by many awards, including the Children’s Peace Literature Awards, the IBBY Selection of Outstanding Books for Young People with Disabilities, the CBCA and the Prime Minister’s Literary Awards.
Phil was a teacher for twenty-two years but now writes full time. His favourite pastimes are: listening to music, trying to play guitar, watching the cricket, cheering for the Adelaide Crows in the AFL, working in the garden and walking Daisy, his little (but very bossy) Jack Russell Terrier.
When Millie finds an old wooden frame while treasure-hunting with Dad, she starts seeing things in new ways . . .
An award-winning team returns with this heart-warming story of discovering moments of joy and wonder all around you.
