Ellie Cole
Ellie Cole is best known as Australia’s most decorated female Paralympian and a passionate disability advocate. Recently, she's been a familiar face on our TV screens as part of the Olympic and Paralympic coverage. Ellie also welcomed her son Felix into the world, sparking her desire to create a story that celebrates diversity and the magic of friendship.
Inspired by her own friendships and witnessing the transformative impact of inclusion in our schools, Ellie wrote Felix and his Fantastic Friends.
This book highlights the unique abilities that we all have within us, as well as the importance of inclusion and the beauty of friendship. Ellie hopes that this book will equip each child with the skills and confidence to make everyone feel like they belong, as they join Felix and his friends on their magical adventures, where every child’s story matters.
