Terms & Conditions

Register at scholastic.com.au/nfrm to participate in the National Family Reading Month Challenge (NFRM) 2025 event between 1April 2025 and 30 April 2025, and you will automatically be entered in the draw to WIN one of fifty (50) signed editions of Mr Luke's new book, releasing in June 2025.

Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
1. Any registration through scholastic.com.au/nfrm for the Scholastic National Family Reading Month Challenge during the Promotional Period is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below.
2. Instructions on ‘How to enter’ and prizes also form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

ELIGIBILITY
4. The promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only who register for the event at scholastic.com.au/nfrm
5. Employees of the Promoter or related companies and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

DURATION OF PROMOTION
6. The Promotion commences at 06.00 AM AEST on 01/04/2025 and closes at 11.59 PM AEST on 30/04/2025.
7. Any registrations made outside the promotional period will be deemed invalid.

HOW TO ENTER
8. Eligible entrants who register at scholastic.com.au/nfrm for the Scholastic National Family Reading Month Challenge during the Promotional Period will automatically be entered to win.
9. Incomplete registrations will be deemed invalid.

DETAILS OF PRIZE
10. Fifty (50) winners across Australia and New Zealand will receive signed editions of Mr Luke's new book, releasing in June 2025
11. The winners will be selected at 11.00 AM AEST on 7/05/2025 at Scholastic Head Office, 76-80 Railway Crescent, Lisarow, NSW 2250.
12. The winners will be notified via email by 14/05/2025.
13. The promoter will be responsible for delivering the prize to the winners. Delivery may take up to six (6) weeks.

FURTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
14. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute.
15. The prize must be accepted as offered. It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
16. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if an entrant, claiming to be a winner, cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
18. If the prize is unclaimed or un-awarded, a second prize draw will be conducted on 28/05/2025 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted via email within two (2) business days.
19. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost or misdirected mail (including but not limited to prizes).
20. The Promoter is not responsible nor liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize.
21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster), the Promoter reserves the right, subject to all relevant state and territory rules and regulations, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
